AGM Notice
The Christchurch School of Music Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 12th September at 1.00pm in the staffroom at Avonhead School, 55 Avonhead Road.
The Agenda will be:
- Welcome, Karakia, Apologies
- Chairperson’s report
- Music Director’s report
- Approval of the Minutes of the last meeting
- Approval of the annual accounts and Treasurer Report
- Council Member resignations
- Council Member elections
- Secretary election
- Appointment of the Auditor
- Resolution for changes to the Society’s Rules
- Any other business
- Closure of the meeting.
There is one change to the Constitution to be considered. The addition of a membership of the society for volunteers.

Shall be such persons who are providing voluntary support to CSM and are recorded and approved as a member of the Council
