A Case for Support: Why Now?
Bridging 70 Years of Impact with a Permanent Future
Music is not merely an extra-curricular activity; it’s a catalyst for cognitive development, mental health, resilience, and lifelong human connection. Every week, CSM brings together hundreds of musicians, from 2-year-olds discovering their first rhythm to octogenarians finding joy in orchestral harmony.
Yet, despite seven decades of transforming lives, CSM has never had a permanent place to call home. Operating out of rented, fragmented facilities limits our capacity, caps our student intake, and restricts our community reach, not withstanding enabling us to confidently plan for future growth and even greater impact.
